So, this morning I officially met my biggest getting healthy goal. I am HALF MY SIZE!
Over 5 years ago I went to an appointment and weighed in at 338 lbs. As of this morning I am 169. This process has not been easy. There have been weeks and months of not taking care of my body that just put me further from this goal.
Consistency is key. If you’re going to count calories, do keto diet, intermittent fasting, or only eat grapefruits and coconut oil, do it consistently. Get those supplements you’ve been wanting to try and use them consistently.
No one is going to meet their ultimate goal in 2 weeks or even 2 months, I mean heck it took me 5 years!!! But God is good!
