❄️Lactobacillus Acidophilus
*grows well in acidic environments
*has a good survival rate passing through the stomach and small intestines to get to the colon
*digests lactose in milk
*lactoc acid produced by this bacteria lowers pH in the body parts where it lives, making the living conditions too acidic for many pathogenic microbes.
*Lower pH aids in mineral absorption of food.

❄️Bifidobacterium bifidum
*produces lactic acid which increases acidity of the digestive tract which helps inhibit growth of harmful bacteria
*helps with constipation, reduces inflammation linked to IBS
*this is one of the probiotics that needs to repopulate after one round of antibiotics!

❄️Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast. It’s considered a “friendly” organism that helps fight off disease. It is good for people who struggle with diarrhea. This yeast helps with IBS, IBD, Crohn’s Ulcerative colitis, Lyme disease.
