This!!! I have a huge problem with wheat. Thankfully not celiac, yet the pain I would get from wheat was debilitating. But I can actually eat it now (not in huge quantities but here and there) without any of the pain I used have.

“I have had Celiac Disease since 2006 😭. Yes, that means I no longer get to enjoy 🍩🍰🥪🥧🍝 unless it’s GLUTEN FREE. I jokingly blame my aunt for my diagnosis because she was diagnosed before me and this disease is hereditary 😜.
I will not cheat on my gluten free diet bc it can make me very sick (lymphoma 😳 is the worst case). However, there have been times that I have gotten contaminated when I would go out to restaurants. I would get sick almost immediately, meaning I would have to run to the bathroom and then I’d have a tummy ache for the rest of the night. So embarrassing, right?!
Once I started Plexus, I felt more energy🤸🏻♀️, I stopped craving candy (I was addicted to sour candy and pink lemonade🍋), I slept better 😴, I finally was regular at going to the bathroom 🚽 🙌🏻, and my workouts were way better 🏋🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️!!
But it wasn’t until about 4 months into my Plexus journey that I accidentally ate a REAL BROWNIE 😳😱! A brownie that has GLUTEN all in it!!! And guess what⁉️ I didn’t get sick. Not even a tummy ache. Not even a few days later. I was so shocked!! Now I’m sure it still did damage to my intestines because that’s how celiac disease works. But the fact that I didn’t get sick is AMAZING 🙌🏻.
I know that getting to the root of the problem and getting my GUT HEALTH is the reason I feel so good right now."
